- You are required to furnish your passport/Emirates ID when required
- Pets aren’t allowed on the cruise
- You must keep your life jacket on as per UAE laws
- There’s no option for private transfers as the venue can be reached by public transport easily
- The number of people mentioned during booking can’t be exceeded during the cruise
- The duration of the trip can be extended after additional payment
Cancellation policy
- No cancellation policy is charged if you cancel the booking at least 24 hours before the cruise is scheduled
- A 100% cancellation fee is charged if you cancel the booking within 24 hours of the cruise’s scheduled start
- If you are found eligible for a refund, we shall credit the amount to your account within 7 working days
The child policy
- Children below 3 years are allowed free access as they are considered infants
- Children between 3 and 10 years old are charged at concessional rates meant for children
- Children more than 10 years old are charged at standard rates as they are considered adults
