Points to note

• There’s no option for private transfer for this tour. The venue is centrally located, one that you can easily reach using public transport
• It’s mandatory for you to furnish the Emirates ID/original passport when asked for
• The duration of the cruise may be extended on an additional payment subject to its availability
• You aren’t allowed to bring your pets
• The number of people can’t exceed the number you mention during the booking

The Cancellation Policy

• There are no charges for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the cruise
• A 100% cancellation charge is imposed if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the cruise’s scheduled commencement
• You’ll have the amount credited to your account within 7 working days if you are eligible for a refund

The Child Policy

• Children less than 3 years of age are considered infants and allowed free boarding
• Children aged between 3 and 10 years are considered children and charged at concessional rates meant for children
• Children more than 10 years old are considered adults and charged at standard rates
