Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charges shall apply if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the tour is scheduled
• A 100% cancellation charge is applied if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the tour
• If you’re eligible for a refund, the amount shall be credited to your account within 7 working days

Child Policy

• Entry is free for children under 3 years of age
• Children between 3 and 10 years old are considered children and charged at child rates
• Children above 10 years of age are considered adults and charged at adult rates

Some Important Information

• Pregnant women and those suffering from backache are advised against opting for this activity
• The time of pick-up or drop may be changed by 30 to 60 minutes depending on the traffic
• You may opt for private or shared transfer
• No pick-ups are arranged from the airport. You shall be picked up only from your Dubai hotel/residence
• Pick-ups from areas other than your Dubai hotel/residence can however be arranged at an extra charge

• Infant seats are arranged on payment of an extra charge
• Senior citizens and those with health issues can participate only in the soft ride track program
• On the day of the tour, we shall need a valid copy of your passport with the UAE entry stamp for verification purposes
• You are advised to bring light woolen clothes and wind cheaters if visiting between December and February as the nights can be pretty chilly
• As the bookings are made on shared basis, all are requested to cooperate with fellow guests regarding seat allotments. All are request to abide by the driver’s decision
• Anyone not comfortable with the way seats have been allotted may book a private vehicle after paying additional charges
• Wheelchairs and strollers are available
• Infants must be accommodated on laps
• A moderate level of fitness is required
• A maximum of 100 travelers are allowed in each trip

Best Time to Visit

The weather in Dubai is at its best between October and February when it’s quite pleasant. However, with the Dubai Shopping Festival being held at this time of the year itself and the schools being on vacation, the city’s a bit crowded. The hustle and bustle in the city might bother you a bit. If you can manage to get along with it, Dubai is just charming between October and February. The humidity is low and the temperatures are moderate making the city a tourist’s paradise.
